FAQ

What is process serving?

Process serving is the delivery of legal documents (like summonses, complaints, subpoenas) to parties in a case. We deliver according to Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure and provide a notarized Proof/Affidavit of Service.

How fast can you serve?

Routine is typically 3–5 business days. Rush is 1–2 days. Same‑day is available in many Front Range locations when requested before noon (MT).

What do you need from me to start?

Upload or email the documents, give us the service address(es), recipient description, case/court info, any deadlines, and your preferred turnaround.

Do you cover all of Colorado?

Our standard area includes Douglas, Arapahoe, Denver, Elbert, Jefferson, Adams, and Broomfield Counties. Call for cost to serve in any other Colorado county.

Are you an official business in Colorado?

Yes — we’re a Colorado‑registered business and provide notarized affidavits. Colorado does not have a separate statewide license for private process servers; we follow applicable rules and local orders.
